As a Racial Equity Consultant, Marlon works with businesses, organizations and institutions to understand how to embed racial equity into business practices. Marlon is a board member of several organizations in the area where Marlon can use his gifts in a variety of ways. As host of Church with Mr. B, a Gospel music radio show on Hollow Earth Radio in the Central District of Seattle, WA, Marlon uses that platform to journey through the genre that has been so impactful to his life.
