How can CD Forum better serve our community? What sorts of programs have you found most impactful and what would you be interested in seeing in the future?

Take just a few minutes and tell us more about who you are. The survey consists of 15 questions and should take you 5-7 minutes to complete. Your responses will help us understand you, our audience, and to plan for future programs and events. The more we know, the better we can show up for you just like you continue to show up for us!

In honor of Women's History Month and our love of local chefs, we are raffling off gift certificates to three local restaurants owned by Black women.
